Enterprise Architect - Hybrid (Nottingham)

£80-85K + car – Permanent
The role is based in Nottingham and requires occasional on‑site presence.
A key focus is creating the enterprise roadmap to enable coherent, consistent decisions while understanding risk, dependencies and opportunities across the transformation.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and solution architects to deliver a single view of the organisation and align a distributed architecture function.

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap.
• Guide and influence business and technical stakeholders without direct authority.
• Collaborate with business, technical and solution architects to achieve architectural coherence, strategy and governance.
• Facilitate alignment across a distributed architecture function.

• Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect in a large enterprise.
• Prior involvement in major transformation programmes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to add value and motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Experience influencing without direct authority.
