At Experian, we are transforming how risk and controls are managed through the intelligent use of data, automation, and AI. This role is critical in driving that transformation—strengthening our global controls environment through insight‑led decision‑making, innovative technology, and strong stakeholder engagement. You’ll work across functions to influence outcomes, manage key projects, and ensure controls are effective, scalable, and future‑ready.
Work That Matters – What You’ll Be Doing- Lead and manage key projects enhancing controls through data, automation, and AI
- Engage and influence a broad range of global stakeholders across Risk, Audit and Technology
- Embed AI‑driven solutions to automate and optimise controls testing and monitoring
- Apply advanced data analytics to evaluate control performance and identify emerging risks
- Develop reporting frameworks and scalable, governed automation solutions
- Strong technical expertise in data analytics, automation and AI, including advanced Python skills
- Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end projects in data and automation
- Strong understanding of risk & controls frameworks, ideally within a regulated environment
- Experience developing analytical and automation solutions that drive measurable outcomes
- Delivery‑focused, with strong ownership of projects and outcomes
- Able to translate technical insights into business value
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, priorities and competing demands
- Strong governance and risk mindset
- Experience working in a regulated environment would be advantageous
- Hybrid role – 40% office base
