Role Overview
The Third Party Security Programme Support Specialist will be responsible for planning and facilitating the global delivery of TPS Operations to the requirements of Experian policy. This role will involve performing support activities to ensure the completion of assessments and managing special projects. The position will be hybrid (40% in the office), Nottingham based, and report to the Director of 3rd Party Security.
WhatYou Will Do
- owning the TPS Service Scorecard
- working with regional TPS Managers to meet internal Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
- overseeing the TPS assessment programme
- managing special projects
- providing guidance and support for TPS resources
- identifying opportunities to improve the TPSMS framework
- participating in audits of TPS operations
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in GRC, Automation, Process Improvement, or Information Security, with a background in overseeing delivery of technology programmes. The Specialist will need to have advanced skills with Microsoft Office products and experience working across a large organisation.
Requirements- Experience in a similar role in GRC, Automation, Process Improvement, or Information Security
- Experience delivering process improvement & collaborative initiatives (projects)
- Background overseeing delivery of technology programmes
- Experience improving automation in programs / processes
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
