The Health Research Authority (HRA) is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to set the direction for business analysis within a major digital transformation. You will lead a team of Business Analysts, collaborate with Product, SMEs, UX and Technical functions, and ensure value delivery for users and the organisation.
You will operate at strategic levels and also dive into detail when required, shaping priorities and influencing decisions across boundaries.
