Propel Holdings UK Limited is seeking a hands-on IT Support/Operations Lead in the UK to triage tickets, manage assets end-to-end, and support onboarding/offboarding. You will own Jira-based workflows, coordinate with the Security team for incidents, and mentor one IT colleague.
The role requires experience in IT support or operations with some leadership, plus familiarity with Salesforce admin tasks and ISO 27001/PCI DSS awareness. A strong security mindset and UK GDPR knowledge are essential.
