Sandwell College is seeking an IT Technician to join our IT Services team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will provide first- and second-line support to staff and students across campus, helping maintain a modern and reliable IT environment.
Based at the Sandwell College campus, you will install and configure equipment, deploy software, and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues while promoting excellent customer service and robust IT security.
