Graitec Group is a global BIM software leader seeking a Solution Sales Leader to drive revenue growth for the Ideate Software line in the AECO space. You will coach a multi-cultural team of sales professionals, shape strategy, and deepen customer relationships across key accounts.
The role requires 10+ years in software sales, 5+ years in leadership, and strong CRM/reporting skills. Experience selling to the AEC industry is a plus. Occasional travel may be required.
