About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT&D team supporting Reckitt’s Northern European factories in Nottingham. In this role, you will play a key part in driving digital transformation within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Working closely with the IT Portfolio Manager, you will lead the delivery and optimisation of IT&D initiatives across factory operations. Your responsibilities

Lead the delivery of digital and technology projects across the factory environment, including shop-floor systems, automation, infrastructure, connectivity, and manufacturing solutions. Act as the key link between Factory Operations, Engineering teams, and IT&D, ensuring technology solutions support operational needs while aligning with global standards and roadmaps.

Identify and drive opportunities for digitalisation, process improvement, and operational excellence to deliver measurable business value. Manage multiple technology initiatives simultaneously, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and global partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption. Spend time on the shop floor to understand operational challenges, prioritise improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of new technologies. Track and communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to factory and IT&D leadership teams.

The experience we're looking for Proven experience delivering technology initiatives within FMCG, manufacturing, or factory environments, with a strong understanding of operational challenges and production processes.

Hands-on exposure to factory technology, manufacturing systems, automation projects, shop-floor systems, infrastructure, and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

Ability to act as a bridge between shop-floor operations and IT teams, translating manufacturing requirements into effective technology solutions and ensuring systems support operational performance.

Strong understanding of machinery, production equipment, and the IT systems that enable manufacturing operations, asset performance, and operational efficiency.

Demonstrated experience delivering solutions in fast-paced manufacturing environments, with a focus on execution, business outcomes, and value realisation.

Ability to balance local factory needs with global technology standards, governance frameworks, and strategic roadmaps.

Experience identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement, digitisation, automation, and business value creation across manufacturing operations.

Skilled at engaging and influencing stakeholders across operational, engineering, manufacturing, and IT functions to ensure successful solution delivery.

Experience supporting the convergence of manufacturing and digital technologies to drive productivity, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
