- Own complex D365 Advanced Warehousing projects from concept through go-live
- Lead scoping sessions and influence solution design and architecture
- Ensure delivery meets high standards
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping optimise finance operations and realise long-term value
- Mentor and coach consultants
- Contribute to internal best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues across diverse projects and industries
- Support thought leadership, solution design, or strategic consulting
- Provide onsite consultancy when requested
- Experience implementing D365 Advanced Warehousing modules end to end within a partner environment
- Knowledge of or experience working within Manufacturing, Retail, Warehousing & Logistics, or Life Science industries
- 7–10 years of experience delivering complex ERP projects
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with C-level stakeholders and become a Trusted Advisor
- Experience leading and guiding a team and serving as a primary customer contact beyond a core functional area
- Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility regarding working hours and overnight stays
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and improve
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external colleagues
- Commitment to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor
- Flexibility for client-site travel and overnight stays as required
Demonstrates expertise in implementing D365 Advanced Warehousing modules and delivering complex ERP projects while building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders. Capable of mentoring teams and providing strategic consulting to optimize finance operations across various industries.
