Immediate opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator with SAP S/4

HANA experience to join a busy Project Team.

This is a varied project support role, working across materials, services, purchasing, requisitions, invoices, approvals and project closeout activities. You must be confident using SAP S/4

HANA and able to support a fast-paced project environment.
Based in or close to Nottingham, with hybrid working available following the initial four weeks.

• Support the Project Team with day-to-day administration
• Raise material and service demands within SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Support purchasing and requisition processes
• Process invoices and support purchasing activities
• Manage approvals and workflows
• Support NCC and PCC amendments
• Assist with project closeout activities
• Maintain data quality and support reporting
• General project administration

• SAP S/4
  
  HANA experience is essential
• Previous Project Administration or Project Support experience
• Experience supporting purchasing, requisitions or invoice processes
• Strong IT and data management skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to commute to Nottingham
• Available to interview and start immediately
