Client Insight Manager

As Client Insight Manager, you'll be at the heart of our relationships with leading law firms, helping them understand how their responsible business strategies compare with peers and wider market trends. Working with a unique combination of benchmarking data, research and market intelligence, you'll transform complex findings into meaningful insights that help clients make informed decisions and drive progress.

This is more than a client delivery role. You'll become a trusted adviser to clients, taking ownership of the delivery of research, intelligence and insight across a portfolio of member firms. You'll lead client presentations, facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders, and use your analytical skills to uncover trends, identify opportunities and shape the conversations that matter most within the legal sector.

Working closely with colleagues across research, product and commercial teams, you'll also play an increasingly influential role in shaping future research priorities, thought leadership and the continued evolution of the product. Main Duties and Responsibilities Act as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of member firms, building trusted relationships and ensuring they derive maximum value from their Responsible Business Intelligence membership.

Deliver onboarding sessions, analytics demonstrations and bespoke insight presentations, helping clients understand and apply benchmarking data and research findings to their responsible business strategies. Analyse and interpret data from our annual research programme, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights and ensuring the accuracy and quality of client deliverables. Present findings and recommendations to a range of audiences, including partners, responsible business leaders and C-suite stakeholders across the legal sector.

Oversee the preparation and quality assurance of bespoke insight reports, ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards of accuracy, relevance and credibility. Support member events, round tables and forums, facilitating discussions on emerging trends, best practice and developments in responsible business across the legal market. Partner with commercial colleagues on client renewals and prospective member discussions, providing product and methodology expertise and ensuring commitments align with the product proposition.

Capture client feedback and market intelligence to help inform future research priorities, product enhancements and the ongoing development of the Responsible Business Intelligence offering. Contribute to annual thought leadership and market-facing research, helping to identify and communicate the trends shaping responsible business within the legal sector.
