Aviva is seeking a Reinsurance Claims Lead to manage a portfolio of high‑value, complex recoveries across multiple business lines. You will lead claim handlers and collaborate with underwriting, finance, actuarial and risk to deliver accurate, timely outcomes.
This senior role requires a strong technical foundation in treaty and facultative reinsurance, leadership experience, and the ability to build market relationships. Salary around £80k–£85k, a 12% bonus, pension, and other Aviva benefits.
