Focus Resourcing is supporting a client recruiting a Claims Team Leader to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident claims professional who enjoys being hands-on while supporting and developing others.
You’ll spend about half your time handling claims directly, with the remainder guiding the team day‑to‑day—coaching, escalation support, and ensuring SLAs and regulatory requirements are met.
