We are currently recruiting Residential and Commercial Property Conveyancers to join a well-established and growing practice based in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced conveyancers looking for flexibility, progression, and a supportive working environment.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high standard of client care throughout. The role offers autonomy alongside the support of an experienced property team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a full caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters
• Managing transactions efficiently from start to finish
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures

About You

• Qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Client-focused and detail-oriented
