You will play a key role in supporting the team with the delivery of commercial property projects, advising clients, and ensuring the smooth completion of complex transactions. You will also help to strengthen client relationships and contribute to new business opportunities.

• Manage and deliver high-quality commercial property work to deadlines.
• Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice to clients.
• Support colleagues, supervise paralegals and review their work.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Keep up to date with legal developments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Contribute to business development activities such as client events and tenders.

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of NQ- 2 years PQE in commercial property.
• Confident handling complex transactions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills.
