• Lead complex development work and shape the future growth and success of the department.
• Drive business development, build strong client relationships, and grow the panelled PLC house builder portfolio.

• Senior property lawyer with a proven billing track record.
• Strong business development skills, market reputation, and experience advising a PLC house builder.
• Excellent client following or portfolio of a panelled PLC house builder.
