In-house Insurance Legal Recruiter
Leading Insurance Marketplace looking for a Senior Solicitor to join their Corporate Legal function. The role is a 12-month maternity cover position.
Key Responsibilities- Providing expert and strategic advice on key corporate and regulatory projects across the business, including corporate transactional support (M&A, JVs etc).
- Providing accurate information related to finance & capital investments, tax and regulatory compliance matters/gov‑nance changes.
- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Effectively managing key internal and external stakeholders for the Marketplace.
- Instructing and liaising with external counsel where appropriate.
The successful candidate must have strong corporate and regulatory knowledge, with a clear understanding of aspects of insurance law. Strong competition‑law experience would also be desirable. Experience with in private practice at a top city law firm or in‑house experience within financial services or insurance will be considered.
