Real Estate Finance Solicitor, 2-3 Years PQE, Hampshire, £55,000-£75,000 (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor. JOB .

• Applications sought from solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Real Estate, with demonstrable experience in real estate finance and secured lending.

• You will be responsible for a diverse caseload of real estate finance matters including bridging loans, development finance, and refinancing work.

• You will advise on acquisitions, disposals, commercial leasing, and property aspects of business sales, purchases, and reorganisations.

• Play an active role in business development, including client networking and sector events.

• It is essential that you have strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a meticulous approach to due diligence.
