Our well-regarded client is a progressive and expanding multi-office legal practice based in the East Midlands. Awarded with Lexcel-accreditation for their excellent levels of service, they are looking to add a commercial property solicitor to either their office in Nottingham or Leicester. The role will be suitable for applications from qualified solicitors with between 2 to 4 years’ experience. The position will be handling an interesting and varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposal, landlord and tenant matters, commercial development and asset management.

This commercial property position will require the successful candidate to have a solid knowledge of commercial property transactions and the ability to handle a caseload independently. The ideal applicant will have great attention to detail and excellent client care skills; in return the right candidate will receive a structured career development plan and a competitive salary package.
