Overview
Our solicitors have extensive experience handling a wide range of medical negligence cases, including but not limited to:
- Accident & Emergency claims
- Cancer claims
- Cerebral Palsy claims
- GP negligence claims
- Claims involving a death
- Gynaecology cases
- Delay in the diagnosis of cancer

- Injuries to children at birth
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide quality legal advice to the firm’s clients through appropriate supervision and training, while managing your own caseload from the start.
- Aim to secure interim payments where possible to enable rehabilitation, care packages, and suitable accommodation before the claim is finalised.
- Take instructions from clients and give legal advice.
- Opportunity to manage your own caseload, while assisting Partners and senior team members on high-value cases.
- Review cases and other relevant matters with a supervisor to ensure quality legal advice is provided.

- 4-6 years PQE with a Medical Negligence background
