A leading Legal 500 ranked law firm is looking to appoint an Associate Private Client Solicitor (3–5 PQE) to join its high-performing and growing Nottingham-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious private client lawyer to join a top-tier team, handling high-quality work, working closely with recognised specialists, and benefiting from genuine career progression and development.

You will join a highly regarded Private Client department, advising a broad client base on complex and high‑value matters including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning
• Probate and estate administration
• LPAs and trusts
• Lifetime tax planning

You will enjoy high levels of autonomy, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with partners on complex, interesting private client matters.

You will ideally have:

• 3–5 years’ PQE in Private Client law
• Strong experience across wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and IHT planning
• Excellent client‑handling and communication skills
• A proactive, commercial approach
• Ambition to develop and progress within a leading private client practice

STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous, but not essential.
