Senior Commercial Property Lawyer

We are currently partnering with a Shared Legal Service based in Kent
, who are recruiting for a Senior
Commercial Property Lawyer to join their accomplished team on a fully remote 6-month temporary basis.

This is a full-time position, 35 hours a week, with the rate of pay being negotiable based upon experience and the start date being subject to notice.

• Managing a varied caseload of complex commercial property matters with a particular focus on development, regeneration and property transactions
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfers and leases
• Advising clients on governance
• Providing advice to internal and external stakeholders

• Experience required in a Local Government setting
• Experience working with Commercial Property

• Drafting Legal documents to a high standard
• Liaising with stakeholders to provide legal advice
• Awareness of Corporate Governance procedures

• Full remote role (however you may be required to pick up equipment)
• Compressed hours available

• 35 hours per week
