Litigation Solicitor

An opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor (around 1 to 2 PQE) to join a specialist and growing team with a strong reputation in landlord and tenant and property-related disputes in Nottingham.

You will manage a varied litigation caseload, providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients while driving matters forward efficiently and strategically. The role involves drafting legal documentation, conducting research, advising on risks and strategy, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other parties throughout the lifecycle of each case.

This position suits a solicitor who is commercially aware, proactive and target-driven, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
