Supply Chain Manager - Sustainability & Risk

Due to nature of the company, you'll be required to obtain SC Clearance.

£70,000 – £90,000 + 26 days annual leave (rising to 28 days after year
1) + Pension (doubled up to 9%) + additional benefits

Talent Drive is supporting a major organisation looking to appoint a specialist to lead sustainability strategy, supply chain resilience, and best practice governance across a complex supplier ecosystem.

This role sits at the forefront of ESG, risk management and process optimisation, ideal for someone passionate about building a future ready supply chain.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead the development of the organisation’s sustainability roadmap, focusing on reducing emissions from purchased goods and services. Alongside this, you’ll build and enhance risk management frameworks, strengthen supply chain resilience, and drive continuous improvement across policies and processes.

What You’ll Own
  • Supply chain sustainability strategy (ESG, emissions reduction, best practice)
  • End to end supply chain risk management frameworks
  • Audit coordination across internal teams and supplier networks
  • Process improvement initiatives and governance uplift
  • Key stakeholder engagement across the full supply chain landscape
