Supplier Support Coordinator

Are you at your best when working with external suppliers, strengthening relationships and helping drive performance improvements? Would you enjoy playing a key support role in transport debriefs, system updates and operational projects that help shape our transport network for our customers? If so, join us as our Supplier Support Coordinator!

Here at GXO, join our team in Nottingham as our Supplier Support Coordinator
, delivering our transport solution EyeQ for our network. You will be responsible fo r system and compliance support and building and maintaining strong working relationships with external suppliers and customers to support performance improvement.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract position, working Monday to Friday (with flexibility for business needs). Contracted hours of 37.5 hours per week, and we can offer flexibility between 07:30 till 17:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,100 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts!

What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Provide system and compliance support to external transport suppliers and customers
  • Accurately complete data entry and system updates
  • Support internal and external transport debrief processes
  • Carry out general transport back-office administrative tasks
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Reliable, punctual and diligent with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail, with strong accuracy and organisation (beneficial to have experience with Transport Management Systems)
