Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 + Profit Share + Bonus

We’re recruiting for an experienced Multimodal Freight Operator to join our team in Nottingham.

you’ll be responsible for coordinating international freight movements across road, sea and air
, managing shipments from booking through to delivery and ensuring customers receive a high level of service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing road, sea and air freight shipments from start to finish.
• Arranging collections, deliveries and transport bookings.
• Liaising with customers, hauliers, carriers, shipping lines and overseas agents.
• Preparing and checking import/export documentation.
• Coordinating customs clearance requirements.
• Tracking shipments and keeping customers updated.
• Managing operational issues and delays proactively.
• Processing shipment documentation, invoices and system updates.
• Maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships.

We’re looking for someone with previous freight forwarding experience
, ideally across multiple modes of transport.

You’ll be organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple shipments and priorities. A positive can-do attitude
, strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership are essential.

• £30,000 – £36,000
