Contract Manager

Position: Contract Manager (Permanent)
Our client operates on a national basis and at times, lodging away from home might be required. All expenses will be covered by the company within the limits set out.

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts / Design Manager to undertake all aspects of running HVAC contracts of all sizes upto £1m in value. The primary role will involve running various contracts on a daily basis, however, the successful applicant will also have to have some knowledge of Ventilation & Air Conditioning design and equipment selection. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication would also be an advantage.

The role will report directly to the Managing Director

• Enhance operational processes to boost efficiency, productivity and financial stability.

• A proven solid understanding of HVAC systems in both industrial and commercial environments.

• Experience skills in a similar leadership role.

• Demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety procedures with the business.

• Ability to read and understand drawings and schematic layouts.

• Have CSCS or similar qualifications.

• Excellency in verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to sometimes a non technical audience.

• Have a good level of skill in Microsoft Office Programmes, especially Word and Excel programmes.

• Be able to pass random drug tests as carried out by the company and our clients

• To be able to pass Police Level 3 +SC clearance level and should have no criminal history.

• To be able to achieve DBS Enhanced clearance.

• Hold a Full UK driving licence.

• To give exclusive working to this company with no involvement in any other business
