WORK CONTEXT / BACKGROUND:
Black Lake Bible Camp and Conference Center (BLBC) was established in 1946. Its mission is to be used by God to transform lives through Faith in Jesus Christ. BLBC is organized for the purpose of operating a Christian ministry through the providing of camping activities, conference facilities, and ministry programs. The programs provided by BLBC include spiritual education, Christian training, evangelism and missions.

The purpose of the Maintenance Tech is to help with the overall upkeep of the facilities. This includes boosting curb appeal as well as maintaining and repairing buildings and equipment. Tasks performed will include painting, drywall repair, plumbing, appliance repair, general construction, and all other maintenance duties assigned by manager.
