Job Overview

Solo Service Group are recruiting a cleaning operative to join our team on a part‑time temporary basis at Waterstones Bookstore, The Wool Exchange, Hustler gate, Bradford, BD1 1BL
.

We are looking for reliable and diligent individuals; we will provide all the necessary training, therefore we need you to bring the drive and commitment to support the collective success of the team.

Monday – Friday;
Shift Times:
Mon – Thurs 08:30 – 10:30, Fri 08:30 – 11:00;
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour. Please note this is temp cover between 02/02/26 and 01/03/26.

• Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
• Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously

• Good attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
• To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
• Cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided if necessary
