Roundhouse Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work on a beautiful university estate in Reading. This role offers a stable, site-based position with a 36-hour work week, 39 days of holiday, and potential for paid overtime. You will be responsible for general building maintenance, repairs, and assisting with preventative maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building repairs, possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, and demonstrate the ability to work independently while managing customer interactions.
