Roadside Assist Patrol

Overview

Shifts:

As a patrol you will work on average 40 hours per week with a variety of shift pattern options available. You have the flexibility to choose a schedule that best suits your personal and professional needs. The number of rest days you enjoy each year, as well as the length of your shifts, will vary based on the shift pattern you select.

As our Roadside Assist Mechanic, you'll go the extra mile for our members and be the friendly face of the UK's largest motoring organisation.

• Starting and finishing on your driveway, paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you get home.
• Working independently across varied locations and conditions, while remaining a valued part of a supportive team.
• Using technical knowledge and clear communication to help ensure a positive customer experience.
• Solving problems on the spot, using technical skills and a calm approach to handle a wide range of roadside situations.

• NVQ2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
• Full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less.

• Salary: £45,632 per year – estimated.
• Guaranteed year 1 earnings of £30,230 with OTE up to £43,500 based on top performers.
