Redhill Academy Trust is recruiting a Grounds Person / Caretaker and occasional Minibus Driver on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week, 08:00–16:00, 3 days). The role sits within the Premises Team to sustain a safe, high-quality environment for staff, students, and visitors. Enhanced DBS checks apply.
Band 6 on the Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale, with access to the Local Government Pension Scheme and generous leave entitlements; cycle-to-work and wellbeing benefits are also offered.
