About the Role

As a Roadside Technician within our Patrol division, you will deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. Whether it’s a flat battery, tyre change or complex fault‑finding, you’ll provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance when our members need it most. You’ll start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head‑on and making a real impact on the roadside by combining your technical expertise with outstanding member service.

You'll be part of the Nottingham cluster, covering areas such as Nottingham, Beeston, West Bridgford, Arnold, Hucknall and Long Eaton. Work is organised locally so you can start and finish from home.

Market competitive base salary of £42,921.87 (inclusive of night allowance) with an average OTE ranging from £43,000 to £53,000.

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience, or
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Provide quick, confident solutions for flat batteries, tyre changes and complex fault‑finding, ensuring member reassurance.
• Effectively manage call‑outs from home, tackling challenges head‑on and making a real impact on the roadside.

• Strong base pay of £42,921.87 a year with realistic OTE of £60,000; top performers earn significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates.
