OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead the on-site cleaning team during early and weekend shifts. You will oversee cleaning operations, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety across our facilities in the UK.
You will manage rotas, recruit new staff, identify training needs and maintain records. The role requires flexibility to cover 6am–12pm, Monday to Saturday, with a commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction.
