Trust Maintenance Engineer in Lincolnshire

At Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi‑Academy Trust, we are looking for a dedicated, conscious maintenance engineer to join our Estates Team. You will be working across our locations based in Lincolnshire, carrying out building, plumbing, joinery and grounds work.

This is a full‑time, permanent role. You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver outstanding maintenance and development services to our schools in Lincolnshire.
• Be enthusiastic, energetic, well‑motivated and able to think outside the box.
• Use your initiative, experience and skills to provide first‑class services at all times.
• Have relevant experience in a facilities maintenance role.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Take ownership of repairs, contractor management, and compliance tasks, always with an eye on health and safety.
• Develop and grow: learn new skills, share your knowledge, and help us achieve excellence in everything we do.
