Reckitt is seeking a Maintenance Lead in Nottingham to drive equipment reliability and regulatory-compliant maintenance in an OTC Health environment. You will lead engineering and reliability activities, partnering with Cell Leads, Process Leads, and Quality to deliver CAPEX, safety, quality and productivity improvements.
This hands-on leadership role requires strong problem-solving, coaching capabilities, and the ability to upskill team members while ensuring GMP/EHS standards are met.
