We're looking for a Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Contract: Permanent
Type: Part time
Hours: 18 (Mon‑Thu 17:45‑21:45, 4hrs per day) flexible to work other hours Mon to Fri.
Pay/Salary: £12.71 per hour
Location: HMRC, Queen bridge Road, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England, NG2 2GD

Closing Date: 11/07/2027 at midday

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service

• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• Open, honest, self‑driven, and determined attitude
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
• Previous cleaning experience of 2 years minimum (not mandatory)
• Must be able to go through BPSS selection
