Belong is seeking a hands-on Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team across the village. The role focuses on creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors, while upholding Belong's values and high standards of service.
You will lead, coach and motivate the team, assign daily cleaning and laundry tasks, and model best practice in hygiene and safety. The position requires flexibility to cover 7-day housekeeping shifts and occasional weekends.
