Nottingham - Caretaker
Hours:
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7am-3pm or 8am-4pm)
Duration: 4-6 weeks
Start Date:
ASAP
- Carry out compliance checks including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and water flushing.
- Complete general maintenance and repair tasks.
- Undertake portering duties such as receiving deliveries, moving equipment, and setting up rooms.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Facilities, caretaking, maintenance, or similar experience.
- General handyman/building maintenance skills.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including moving furniture and equipment
