* About the Role:

** Based around Rushcliffe and West Bridgford you will be working
** 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 06:00am to 09:00am and 03:00pm to 06:00pm, 52 weeks per year.
** You'll play a key role in providing high quality caretaking services across multiple sites, ensuring buildings remain safe, secure, clean and well maintained.
** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Opening and securing sites as required
* Travelling between locations to provide caretaking support
* Waste management
* Porterage* Light decorating
* Maintenance work
* Site inspections and health and safety checks
* Supporting contractors on site
* Reporting maintenance issues and defects
* General caretaking duties
* Cleaning
