Mobile Caretaker

Vertas Group's Facilities Team is recruiting a mobile caretaker to cover multiple sites around Rushcliffe and West Bridgford. The core of the work is opening and locking up buildings, checking safety across the estate, and keeping sites clean and in good repair. It is a 30-hour role split into early morning and late afternoon shifts Monday to Friday all year round, with travel between sites.

• Travelling between locations to provide caretaking support

• Experience in a similar setting

• Customer service and communication skills
• Team working across the Vertas Group

• Attention to detail for maintenance and cleanliness standards
