The Director of Shared Services will be responsible for optimising the performance of the shared service centre, driving process improvements, implementing automation and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service.

Reporting to the Group CFO, this exciting leadership opportunity will be instrumental in driving transformation, enhancing financial reporting, and contributing to the ongoing success of the business during a period of exciting change. This leadership role is critical to improving the day-to-day operations of the central finance shared service centre.

As a qualified accountant, you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in shared service centre leadership (accounting) and finance transformation within a fast‑moving, complex multi‑site business. You will possess excellent strategic management, communication, and team leadership skills, with a track record of building and enhancing high‑performing teams.
