A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate or Commercial Partner to take the next step as Head of Corporate & Commercial at a respected, progressive firm in Nottingham.

This is a key leadership role, combining high-quality client work with responsibility for managing and developing both the Corporate and Commercial teams. You’ll need strong discipline and capability across both areas to lead effectively and drive performance.

• Lead and develop the Corporate & Commercial department
• Maintain and grow a high-quality caseload (M&A, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, business advisory work)
• Drive team strategy, performance, and business development
• Build and nurture strong client relationships
• Provide disciplined oversight across both Corporate and Commercial workflows

• Corporate/Commercial Partner or Senior Associate ready for a step up to Head
• Strong technical ability across both disciplines
• Confident, disciplined leadership style
• Proven BD and client management track record
• Ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team
