We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Project Manager to drive high-priority transformation projects within Children and Education Services. You will lead critical work streams across Fostering, Children in Care, Leaving Care, and First Response, ensuring improved outcomes for families alongside robust cost control and efficiency.

The Role

* Lead & Deliver:
Manage complex, non-IT transformational projects from initiation to completion.

* Strategy & Governance:
Develop evidence-based business cases, PIDs, and KPIs, providing transparent monthly highlight reports to the Transformation Delivery Lead.

* Change Management:
Embed a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable efficiency across frontline services.

* Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate effectively with Directors, Heads of Service, and practitioners to land meaningful change.

Requirements

* Sector Expertise:
Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation specifically within Children’s Social Care.

* Qualified Professional:
Must hold a recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM).

* Resilient Mindset: A proactive "can-do" approach to change management in challenging, fast-paced environments.
