Commercial Workshop & Bodyshop Manager – Nottingham

Basic:
Circa £60,000

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Overtime at enhanced rate available

We are looking for an experienced Workshop & Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our commercial vehicle workshop, including bodyshop and maintenance. You will lead and coach a team of Technicians, ensuring repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

What we’re looking for in a Commercial Workshop & Bodyshop Manager?

Extensive knowledge of commercial vehicle repair and maintenance
NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds, ATA qualified or IRTEC licensed (desirable)
Bodyshop experience desired
Proven team leadership and coaching experience
Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
