Contracts Manager - Building Refurbishment

Salary: £70000 to £75000 (DOE)

We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multiple refurbishment projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme and cost targets are met while exceeding client expectations.

• Managing multiple construction projects from pre-contract through completion
• Leading and motivating site teams to deliver safely, on time and to budget
• Ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act, Gateways and BSR
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction
• Building strong client and supply-chain relationships
• Overseeing programmes, reporting and commercial performance
• Supporting tenders with buildability, programme and risk input

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or Senior Site / Project Manager ready to step up)
• External high-rise refurbishment experience
• Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act, Gateways & BSR
• Understanding of Decarbonisation, Retrofit, PAS 2030 & PAS 2035
• Confident people leader with strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel & Outlook
