My client, a 30+ head Tech & Transformation Exec Search specialist
, are hiring for an MD to take over and drive their London HQ.

In this role, you will be inheriting an established team of 15, focusing on the following:

• People development – 80% of this role is people facing, being able to drive growth and performance across your team is essential.
• Headcount expansion – The aim is to grow this to a minimum of 30-heads by EOY ’26, with remit to hire across all levels.
• Business Development – you MUST be hands‑on client side, pitching & winning retained mandates across Professional & Financial Services.

• Equity options.
• Reporting directly into & working closely with the Founder.
• Ownership of multiple service lines in LDN HQ.
• Long term wealth creation strategy in place.

• An Executive Search Tech / Transformation focused business - with a strong focus across both Financial & Professional Services.
• Inheriting office of 25 from day-one, with budget to hit 30 by EOY ’26 - growing across 3 core service lines.
• A highly regarded boutique Search firm with extensive C‑Suite reputation / network across the FS & PS sectors.

• Deep knowledge & understanding of Tech, ideally within FS or Professional Services.
• Extensive track record of Retained search (Tech or Transformation).
• A proven track record of people development, team leadership and growth.
• A strong skillset & attitude towards origination.
