Investigo are recruiting a Finance Transformation Manager (FP&A) to lead finance transformation and performance management across the organisation.
This role plays a critical part in evolving Finance from a traditional reporting function into a strategic, value-adding partner to the business. You will combine strong financial expertise with data, technology, and insight to drive improved decision-making, performance, and governance.
Working closely with senior leadership and commercial teams, you will provide forward-looking analysis, support strategic planning, and lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, control, and business performance.
Key responsibilities- Lead short- and long-term planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis, trends, and forecasts to support strategic and commercial decision-making
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior management and commercial teams, providing insight and recommendations to maximise performance
- Drive finance transformation through process improvement, automation, and the effective use of data and technology
- Implement modern reporting and analytics solutions to improve transparency, speed, and accuracy
- Evaluate key commercial risks and opportunities, including credit quality, portfolio performance, and residual values
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies and best practices
- Ensure strong governance, internal controls, and compliance across the business
- Lead and deliver cross-functional projects from scoping through implementation and review
- Prepare executive-level presentations, management reports, and board materials
- Develop business intelligence and KPI frameworks, including benchmarking against industry peers
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance transformation and business control team
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA OR ACA) and/or MBA preferred
- Strong background in financial planning, performance management, and business analysis
- Proven experience delivering finance transformation and change initiatives
- Solid understanding of financial controls, governance, and regulatory requirements
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insight
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Comfortable using modern reporting, analytics, and automation tools
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset
£85,000 to £95,000 basic, up to 15% annual bonus, cash car allowance and full benefits package.
