• Lead and develop SEND & Inclusion services to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
• Oversee statutory performance, EHCP quality, and commissioned provision.
• Manage significant budgets and resources, ensuring value for money.
• Build strong partnerships with schools, health, social care, and wider stakeholders.
• Drive cultural and organisational change, promoting high performance and continuous improvement.

• Strategic leadership experience within a comparable SEND or education‑focused organisation.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong financial and resource management experience, including budget setting and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of inclusion and inclusive practice across education settings.
