Fire Stopping Contracts Manager - Yorkshire / Midlands £52,000 - £60,000 | Temp-to-Perm Available | Passive Fire Protection

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Stopping Contracts Manager to join a well-established specialist within the passive fire protection sector. This role offers long‑term security, with the option to start on a temp‑to‑perm basis for candidates who prefer flexibility initially.

• Manage multiple live passive fire protection projects from start to finish
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors across fire stopping works
• Ensure compliance with UK fire safety standards and industry regulations
• Liaise with main contractors, clients, and internal teams
• Manage programmes, quality inspections, snagging and handovers
• Support commercial aspects including reporting and progress tracking

• Proven experience as a Fire Stopping / Passive Fire Contracts Manager
• Strong knowledge of fire stopping, compartmentation and compliance standards
• Confident managing multiple sites and client relationships
• SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
• Ideally based in Yorkshire or the Midlands with flexibility to travel

• Salary £52,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
• Temp‑to‑perm option available
